Help 13-Year-Old Zain and His Siblings Survive in Gaza. Zain just turned 13 this August, but instead of celebrating his birthday, he marked it in grief and hunger.
Why This Campaign Matters
Zain has already endured more loss than most adults could imagine. Bomb destroyed his home. His grandfather was killed. Rubble buried twelve members of his family. Tanks destroyed their tent that they managed to live in after the bombing.
“I lost my tent and my home. My family and I are sleeping in the street. We have not eaten bread for a month. We drink polluted water. My body is exhausted,” Zain said. His words carry the hunger and exhaustion of a childhood stolen by war.
Meanwhile, his little brother Karim, only 6, recently underwent surgery thanks to the generosity of strangers. But Karim is still malnourished and needs proper food to recover. Zain’s sisters—Malak, Jourie, and Tulin—are also suffering from hunger.

How Donations Are Used
Right now, Zain’s family urgently needs $1,000 to purchase a new tent for shelter and to cover basic food needs. Donations will provide:
- A safe tent to protect the family of seven from the streets
- Nutritious food so Karim can recover and his sisters can regain their strength
- Clean water to prevent disease
- Basic hygiene supplies for dignity and health
Thus, Zain greatly needs your help right now. Every dollar directly supports him and his siblings. Volunteers place survival directly into their hands. Please help Zain and his siblings survive: donate if you can, and share if you cannot. Every act of solidarity matters.
This campaign is organised by Maria Raba in Spain.
